As the year draws to a close, and after holding different workshops for the German Community of Practice in 2024, we would now like to emphasize that we are planning further events for the next year. The Institute for Technology and Education (ITB), as coordinator of the AI Pioneers project, and the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) are supporting the German AI Pioneers Community of Practice.

In a first workshop organized by the ITB in 2025, we want to focus on ethical issues relating to the use of AI and discuss socio-political questions and impacts of the use by vocational schools, among other things. The main focus here will be also on networking among the stakeholders involved. In another workshop setting, BIBB will focus on encouraging and enabling trainers to optimally integrate AI tools into their practice, while also addressing ethical aspects in line with the first workshop for the CoP.

Together, we want to discuss and develop exciting content in both exchange sessions. Therefore, stay tuned for the invitation and the workshop program in 2025!
