AI Pioneers at the GOVET seminar on AI in vocational education and training

At yesterday’s seminar organised by GOVET on the use of artificial intelligence in vocational education and training and international VET cooperation, Michael Gessler, Lisa Meyne, and Frieda Klaus from the Institut Technik und Bildung (ITB) presented the AI Pioneers project with illustrative practical examples from the European AI Pioneers Network. Furthermore, we were able to gain valuable insights from the Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) with a focus on AI to support curriculum development, as well as illustrative examples of how different AI tools are used in the crafts sector by Christoph Krause from the Handwerkskammer Koblenz, followed by SENAI – Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (Brasil) with the topic of adaptive learning practices for the individual support of students.
